所以今天心情超好。。。高興。

很笨吧。

I am in love with the coffee machine in my office.  According to some colls, it’s just an expensive not-very-state-of-the-art home use S$1200 machine.

But it’s not just any ordinary coffee machine, no, no.  To me it’s heavenly technology that churns out a perfect espresso from a strange condom-like (unused) pod in under a minute.  I had 2 cups daily for most of last week.  And thought about it all weekend long.  I had my morning fill this morning.  I’m thinking about at least 2 more before the end of the day.

I am at peace with the world.  I can smile beatifically at anybody who passes by me now.

I’m hoping I don’t have to wean myself off another coffee addiction.

Found it! HAHAHAHA can’t wait to get to HK and buy his DVDs.

how do people who hold full time jobs write so prolifically???  even if I can think of something good/fun/interesting to blog about, not that I can anyways, I don’t have the time or space to put it down on paper cyberspace.

good one above though, brings back all the cool pre-elmo Sesame Street memories!  I can’t believe they make Cookie Monster eat vegetables and fruits now though… cooookiieee nom nom nom nom!!!

又是在上班的地鐵上，又是煩躁的人擠人，今天腦海突然閃過一幕兩位穿白色西裝的吉他手在我面前彈吉他。 我笑著上班。

This morning as I headed into the usual battlefield known as Lakeside MRT station, I noticed (with Monday-morning-hatred in my heart) extra crowds of people milling around the escalator, mainly teenagers in civilian clothing, and it suddenly struck me with dread that the annual hell-on-earth year-end school holidays had just begun.  

With that I also realised that I have less than 3 weeks to start shopping for a mid-winter trip (what does one wear at a business conference in the middle of winter in the middle of the desert) ughhhh and now I have to do the shopping at malls squashed with aimless teenagers double uggghhh

I just knew I had to some price for a weekend of decadence, playing PSP and watching TV and ordering Mcds’ for dinner.

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to bring back anything much more sensible than Pocky, Kit Kat, more Kit Kat, chocolate, candy and all sorts of drinks and coffee.  oh there’s a pack of wasabi peas still unopened…

Although I did manage to squeeze in a couple of Adidas jackets (inexpensive!) and an errr umbrella from Ameyoko (flat one! and orange!), a couple of diaries (the only things I could afford at Tokyu Hands) and the standard HRC shotglasses from HRC Ueno.

Then there was the totally senseless thoughtless spur-of-the-moment 衝昏了頭 purchases often associated with travelling (although the other 3 will beg to differ on the time I took to decide…to buy or not to buy arghhh), which I shall not bother with descriptions because I have run out of time because blogging without Flock drag and drop is bothersome!

wa lao, this post ended up being so boring leh.

I finally got my act together and downloaded the trip photos, 1 month after returning. 472 photos, 240mb, quite pathetic for a 9-day trip. blame it on the camera battery lo. next time must bring both batts, but it’s such a pain charging both daily.

Photos are here, but currently only 80 are up, because my SINGNET BROADBAND CANNOT MAKE IT!!!!

ah it’s such a pain blogging pictures without Flock’s drag-and-drop anymore. Die! Flock has dumb-ised me. will update when I get home la.

Update: after I got home…

I ADMIT I AM DUMBER THAN A DUMBASS BECAUSE I GO GEH KIANG TRY OUT NEW SOFTWARE AND DELETE MY JAP PHOTOS!! PERMANENTLY!! I HATE PHOTOBUCKET. I HATE PICASA. I HATE MYSELF. NO I DON’T HATE MYSELF! I HATE SINGNET BROADBAND FOR CANNOT MAKING IT.

I AM DUMB. VERY DUMB. BEWARE.

Now I have to go back to Tokyo again to take more photos.

Update #2: sometime after midnight

Luckily there is something in this world called Flo&Ed, y’know, like Ben&Jerry, only Singaporean and a little more geekycool hahaha.  I got my files back!  Huat ah!  Heng ah!  ok la, heng is good enough.  I now have 2 backups on my 2 hdd (considering to make another back on the camera’s xD card) and am currently uploading them to at least 2 online albums before I make anymore dumb moves.  stay tuned…
